Responsibilities:
Maintain office equipment and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for all items while also meeting expense budgets.
Oversee and manage the office budget, including expense reporting, tracking of spending, and processing of invoices.
Manage and monitor relationships with vendors, service providers, and ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations.
Respond to, redirect, and resolve any incoming inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Support employee life cycle activities like recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit management.
Act as the point person for all health and safety initiatives, which includes evacuation drills and compliance with safety regulations.
Manage office staff and perform other duties as required in support of office functions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator/Manager or relevant role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence.
Good understanding of office administration and financial procedures, including HR functions.
Experience with office support software such as MS Office,and other relevant software.
Ability to work alone or in a team to deliver results in a timely manner.
