About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate, Operations to support partner operations across hotels, merchants, and supply partners. This role sits within the Operations team and is responsible for ensuring accurate product mapping and high-quality partner data, while also supporting day-to-day operational and business needs.
What You"ll Do:
Product Mapping & Data Quality (Core Focus)
- Maintain and update hotel/product mapping, including room mapping and product configuration.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data across systems to prevent booking or customer issues.
- Identify mapping discrepancies and resolve them in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Conduct regular audits of product mapping and content to ensure data quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot mapping-related issues and ensure timely corrections.
Partner Operations Support
- Support daily operational requests from hotel, merchant, and supply partners.
- Assist with onboarding, setup, and maintenance of partner information in internal systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Business / Sales Operations Support
- Provide operational support to Business Development and Partner teams for partner setup, updates, and campaign execution.
- Assist in resolving partner-related operational issues that impact commercial activities.
What You"ll Need:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, product/content operations, hospitality, e-commerce, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with repetitive, detail-heavy tasks.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
