- Skills Required: Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Job Analysis & Manpower Planning, Talent Management, HR and compliance, Stakeholder Management, Liaison With Local Government, PMS (KPI)
Experience Requirements

Additional Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- Proven exposure in Industrial Relations & Labor Compliance
