Lock Labs, a reputable Las Vegas-based manufacturer and master distributor in the American locksmith industry, is seeking an Office Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter—someone who takes initiative, thrives with minimal supervision, identifies and solves problems proactively, and brings fresh ideas to improve processes.
In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and company intiatives. Your diverse responsibilities will span traditional administrative tasks, along with marketing-related duties, and niche projects to support the ongoing growth and needs of our department leads.
Responsibilities:
Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and maintained environment.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and efficient.
Supply Management: Handle purchase order requests and manage office supplies inventory.
Receipt Itemizing: Organize and itemize receipts for bookkeeping purposes.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for external communications with our internal staff, distributors, and customers.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry, compiling marketing insights, and improving record-keeping processes for our various databases.
Department Calendar: Manage the company’s yearly calendar to better align departments with company events, meetings, and milestones.
Trade Show Support: Assist with the planning and coordination of trade show events. This includes booking travel and accommodation for staff as needed.
File Management: Organize and rename digital assets for the company archive.
Support Roles: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the company’s goals.
Technology Liaison: Coordinate with IT support to maintain office technology and resolve any issues.
Consumer Feedback: Track and organize consumer feedback across various platforms.
Vendor/Supplier Communication: Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or similar office support role.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Proficient in Adobe Acrobat. Experience with project management platforms.
Organizational Skills: Superb organizational and time-management skills.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research to gather relevant information and insights that support various projects and initiatives.
Attention to Detail: Proper grammar and spelling abilities are non-negotiable.
Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Self-Starter: Takes initiative, thrives with minimal supervision, identifies and solves problems proactively, and brings fresh ideas to improve processes.
Web Skills: Not required, but would be a huge PLUS! Platforms like Odoo, or similar platforms.
Typing: 45-50 WPM.
