    Position Information:
    Serves as receptionist for the main office; enters student attendance data in the electronic reporting system; coordinates the collection, maintenance, and distribution of student attendance information; receives Associated Student Body (ASB) funds and maintains related records; assists students in the Health Room; provides secretarial support to building administrators.

    Shift Details: 7 hours per day; in-person
    Non-Continuing Position: This position is a non-continuing leave replacement, which will end on June 12, 2023
    FLSA Status: Non-exempt
    Salary: $31.16 (hourly)

    Required Qualifications:
    Education and Experience:

    • 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

    and, one of the following:

    • Hold a post-secondary or advanced degree; or
    • Earned a minimum of ten (10) relevant college credits; or
    • Have three (3) years of relevant experience.

    Licenses/Special Requirements: Must complete training in first aid and CPR as required by the District.

    Benefits:
    Our benefits package includes Washington state health insurance coverage (SEBB) and a Washington state retirement package for eligible positions. Eligibility for SEBB state health insurance coverage is determined by working 630 hours during the school year (Heath, Dental, Vision, Long-term Disability, Life and AD+D Insurance and options for HSA, FSA and DCAP). Eligibility for retirement at the time of hire is determined by employees who work at least 3.50 hours per day in a continuing position.
