Authorization Data Entry Specialist – Remote – Must live in Illinois Jobs in Springfield, IL at CVS Health
As the Centralized Warranty Admin, you will be responsible for verifying RV unit information and warranty dates, uploading photos, data entry, and basic administrative duties. The ideal candidate has good time management and attention to detail skills.
What you’ll do:
Warranty claim updates and documentation
Verifying unit information, warranty dates and information submitted from technicians to ensure smooth processing of warranty claims.
Data entry – entering authorizations and/or additional information needed for warranty repairs to be completed
Document and photo organization – uploading photos and documents into our Service system
Working effectively as a team with our centralized warranty team and leadership. As well as our dealerships service, parts, sales and store leadership
What we’re looking for:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in phone communication and Microsoft Teams
The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Strong computer and data entry skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
An awesome attitude!
Neat, clean and professional appearance
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers
