Job Description

The Concierge team balances answering e-mails, taking phone calls, and scheduling while also tracking flights using aviation software. This job entails frequent radio communication using appropriate terminology. Our goal is always to go above and beyond to serve our customers through proactive attentiveness and anticipation of needs.

As the Concierge Manager, you will oversee a team responsible for balancing email correspondence, handling phone calls, scheduling, and tracking flights using specialized aviation software. This role involves coordinating frequent radio communications using specific aviation terminology, overseeing tasks completion, and ensuring the team is often mobile, greeting aircraft, and meeting the needs of crew and/or passengers with a proactive approach.

Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the team to exceed customer expectations through proactive service and by anticipating needs.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 0800 – 1700

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Strong leadership, with an ability to adapt and redirect efforts creatively.

Proficiency in critical thinking and problem-solving.

A keen eye for detail, with experience in data entry preferred.

Advanced communication skills across various platforms (phone, email, in-person, radio).

Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service, particularly in face-to-face interactions.

A positive, extroverted personality with outstanding interpersonal skills.

Experience with invoicing and a knack for working efficiently with numbers.

A highly motivated, multitasking individual who can maintain focus in a lively setting.

Organizational prowess and adeptness in scheduling.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Previous experience operating a golf cart, familiarity with QuickBooks, and aviation experience are advantageous but not essential—we are prepared to train the right candidate!
