Aviation Front Desk Customer Service Representative – Full Time Jobs in Oklahoma City, OK at Atlantic Aviation

Duties:
– Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the medical office
– Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the phone system
– Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays
– Enter patient data into the electronic health record system (Epic)
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
– Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
– Collaborate with medical staff to provide excellent patient care

Skills:
– Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role
– Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology
– Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record systems (Epic)
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
