B2B Contracts Administrator Jobs in Nottingham – England – UK at Express Recruitment

Express Recruitment are looking for a hard-working professional to join our client’s busy service desk as a Contracts Administrator for their B2B clients. In this role you will be required to assist with any administration tasks and build rapport with external contacts on a daily basis, as well as working closely with engineers to book services.

This role is a full-time, office-based role located on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre. The working hours are 8:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday. There is onsite parking available and has fantastic public transport connections.

Roles & Responsibilities

Take inbound phone calls and handle customer enquiries efficiently

Manage email queries efficiently in a timely manner

Liaise with Engineers, external suppliers, and 3rd parties

Ensure customer portals and email inboxes are monitored daily

Improve customer service experience and build client relationships

Skills & Experience

Previous customer service experience essential

Previous administrative experience preferred

Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite

Able to build rapport with customers and clients

Excellent written and verbalcommunicationon all levels
