An internationally recognized electrical appliances manufacturing company is seeking an Inside Sales Assistant to support their international accounts in the Central & South America territories.
Direct-Hire with Great Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Profit Sharing, Paid Holiday, Sick Leave, Vacation Pay, Annual Bonus)
Spanish language ability is required.
Requirements of the Inside Sales Assistant:
Bilingual language ability in Spanish and English is required.
Ability to speak/read/write in Portuguese is a big plus.
Previous experience in administrative, data-entry, and office/clerical support.
Related experience in supply chain, logistics, working with direct import goods is a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel).
Familiarity working with CRM systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Assistant:
Responsible for supporting the International Sales Team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and ensuring smooth operations for their Central and South America Sales.
Help out with Order Processing and Customer Support duties.
Maintain and update sales records using Excel and other databases.
Communicate with their international clients in both Spanish and in English.
Coordinate shipments, invoices, and product availability with internal departments.
Generate and prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.
Other related duties may also be assigned.
Employment Type: Direct Hire, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm (7-hour workday)
