Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented and enthusiastic Back Office Support Executives to assist an Australian legal firm. In this role, you will be responsible for handling legal back-office tasks, documentation, data management, and administrative support.
To succeed in this role, candidates should have strong English communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and eager to work in an international process.
Responsibilities:
● Provide back-office support to an overseas legal firm
● Handle documentation, data entry, and record management
● Draft and manage email correspondence
● Maintain reports and trackers using MS Office tools
● Follow defined processes and quality standards
● Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work early morning shifts
