We are seeking a Junior Back-office administrator for a trusted Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in the Financial Services sector. With a team of professionals that delivers crucial clearing and settlement activities for Irish Banks in the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain. The company is dedicated to creating efficient, reliable solutions tailored to its clients' needs.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and genuinely enjoys professional interaction with colleagues, visitors, and suppliers. While some experience is required, they value a fantastic attitude and proven administrative skills even more.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin 12 as a Back Office Administrator that will handle a variety of day-to-day responsibilities, including accurate data input, maintaining databases, and managing administrative tasks for our clients. The role requires accuracy and attention to detail whilst complying with operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To achieve all daily deadlines, productivity, and quality targets.
  • To perform call handling, documentation processing, and data entry tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
  • To quality-check all aspects of prep work and data entry.
  • To complete daily production figures.
  • To perform administrative/clerical tasks as directed.
  • To achieve the hourly productivity targets set.
  • To achieve set quality targets in all areas of work.
  • Maintain and update finance and administration systems and procedures.
  • Work cross-functionally on assigned projects or collaborative tasks.
  • Support process improvements and help document procedures.
  • Support month-end close and prepare schedules for reporting and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with finance policies and internal controls.
  • Contribute ideas for improving processes and increasing efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
