Compensation

  • $700 USD monthly base salary
  • Performance-based bonuses

About the Role

Promotex is seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Back Office Operator to join our team in Honduras. In this role, you will support our internal operations, contribute to smooth client onboarding, and ensure high-quality service across departments. If you're proactive, organized, and fluent in both English and Spanish, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, verifying documentation and compliance with company standards.
  • Assess account-related risks and handle transactions following established policies.
  • Lead account recovery efforts by contacting clients with overdue accounts and proposing solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support in both English and Spanish.
  • Address daily operational tickets, communicate with the Tech Department, and monitor technical updates.
  • Participate in daily team huddles and submit clear daily reports on assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual (English & Spanish – written and spoken).
  • Experience in client onboarding, risk management, collections, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Valid U.S. visa (Preferred, not mandatory).
