Job Description
Contract and document management.
Inventory and asset management (Work with warehouse & transportation suppliers, manage goods transfer and make inventory reports).
Keep up to date with new policies, features and update SOPs.
Support training and team bonding activities.
Perform other admin duties as assigned.
Requirements
1-2 year experience in sales support or administrative roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong skills in contract preparation, time management, communication and teamwork.
Intermediate English (reading and writing)
