- Elevate every transaction through genuine connection, link selling, and personalized recommendations.

- Provide tailored skincare consultations and demonstrate products using Dare to Be techniques.
- Deliver custom-fit beauty rituals and advice that suit every client’s needs and lifestyle.
Image & Presentation
- Dress the part — wearing Guerlain’s uniform with confidence and pride.
- Embody the elegance and sophistication of the Guerlain brand at all times.
- Use only Guerlain products during working hours to represent the brand authentically.
Team Spirit
- Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative counter environment.
- Take initiative on assigned tasks and work closely with your Retail or Sales Manager to achieve shared goals.
