Full Job Description
Air Temp Mechanical Services, Inc. is Connecticut’s largest independent HVAC contractor. We are a full service mechanical contracting firm that specializes HVAC, building management systems (BMS), energy efficiency and advanced energy solutions for commercial buildings and industrial buildings, we design, implement, and evaluate programs that help our clients achieve their energy efficiency goals. We are seeking a dedicated Benefits/HR Admin to join our rapidly expanding team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Responsible for managing and administering benefit enrollments
Coordinate and perform Open Enrollment process
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit options, coverage details, and eligibility criteria
Process paperwork regarding disability, FMLA and employment life status changes
Act as a backup for payroll processing
Support other Human Resources functions as needed
Requirements:
Proven benefits administration experience
Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and leave laws
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive and friendly attitude
Proficient with Microsoft Office
