With a Monday through Friday schedule, 9 AM – 5 PM (with occasional overtime), you’ll enjoy a consistent routine while having the flexibility to take on meaningful projects. This full-time role pays $40,000-$50,000 per year.

As a Bookkeeper – Office Admin, you play a crucial role in supporting our operations team by ensuring our finances are in order and training managers across five locations on new systems. Your workday alternates between your private office, home workspace, and visits to stores, starting with tasks like entering transactions in QuickBooks Online or filing paperwork. This balance allows for focused solo work and collaborative interactions, as you assist store managers with new processes and spot-check procedures on-site, serving as an essential bridge between finance, administration, and frontline operations.

We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:

Experience with QuickBooks online
Experience with human resources and payroll
If you have experience in the transportation industry, that is a huge plus!
