Responsibilities

As the Bilingual French Order Administrator your responsiblities will include:

– Enter incoming orders and ship dates into JDE software – Check orders for accuracy, price history and tax before going to invoicing – File orders after they have been invoiced – Create P.O’s for work install, office & shop supplies – When required be the person of contact for Customer Service/Inventory/Outbound Freight – Maintain sales open order report – Follow up with sales reps and suppliers when needed Qualifications – Fully Bilingual French (speaking, written, reading) – 2 years of customer service experience – Previous experience with purchase order generation and/or order entry is an asset

Experience with

MS Office and strong data entry skills, previous JDE software experience a plus

Ability to

work independently and in a

fast-paced environment
