Position: Â Bilingual Receptionist with Growth Opportunities at Top Law Firm
Our successful personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a bilingual receptionist who speaks Spanish and English fluently. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and professional, with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate individuals
Conduct a brief intake on potential clients and cases
Greet clients and visitors in person
Sort incoming mail and send mail via Fed Ex or UPS
Filing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
Receiving and sending faxes
Scanning incoming mail and labeling electronic files
Perform data entry in our Legal Software (Filevine)
Prepare letters, documents, and spreadsheets
Keep the work area clean and organized
Coordinate tasks with case managers and attorneys
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior customer service experience preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday – Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm, located in Beverly Hills, CA.
