midsize luxury Interior Design + Architecture firm looking for fantastic Bookkeeper + Office Manager!

***Responsibilities to include:
– Managing, tracking, and billing time billing for employees
– Overseeing accounts receivable
– preparing + sending + tracking billing for client projects
– Reconciling credit card statements
– Preparing sales tax reports, quarterly
– processing + reconciling payments received
– Work closely with Design Team on FF+E Purchasing in Studio Designer
– Collection and enforcement of expense reporting from employees
– Human Resource responsibilities including the interviewing process, employee on-boarding, PTO management, employee reviews, salary changes, employee benefits and attendance (staying current on all HR related revisions to applicable state and local laws)
– Overall office management including dealing with office structure, IT issues, landlord, building staff, etc.
– Liaise with Outside CPA & Consultants as needed
*** 5 years related experience required.
*** We use STUDIO DESIGNER software for accounting and project tracking. We also utilize Google Drive, Dropbox, Excel, Photoshop & Outlook. If you have specific experience with these, let us know. Proficiency will move you to the front of the line!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
