Responsibilities:
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions within the organization
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attracttop talent
Utilize social media platforms for recruitment and employer branding purposes
Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes
Assist withsuccession planningand talent management initiatives
Stayup-to-datewith industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Utilize HRIS to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics
Qualifications:
Must beBilingual (Spanish)
Recruiting, Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role
In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices
Experience withsocial media management for recruitment purposes
Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Workday or similar platforms
Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Excellent organizational skills andattention to detail
Ability towork independently and manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment
Experience in training development is a plus
Cold calling experience is a plus
