Summary
Summary:
Monitor Epic System revenue reports for laboratory departments for hospitals on currently onEpic. Monitor, resolve and manage Epic lab charge work-queues including refmisc. Manage  reimbursement process to include precertification, timelyissuance of claims, updating CPT4 codes and claim follow-up in Sunquest andEpic. Coordinate lab test charge description masters, and pricing/codingdatabases for transition of Nor Dx managed hospital labs transitioning toEpic/SCC platform. Identify issues in lab claim processing/payment,specifically with Epic Lab and reference testing and will lead the process andpeople to creating and implementing improvements.
Act as the liaison between Nor Dx and theMH CBO.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education:
Completion of high school is preferred, and a minimum of four years
