Job overview

Anexcitingopportunity has arisen to join the Company Secretariat team, supporting the Trust Board and its Committees. This role is ideally suited to a confident, capable and tenacious individual who can effectively support the conduct of Board and Committee meetings for one of the largest NHS Foundation Trusts in the country.

The successful candidate will become responsible for the administration of a number Board Committees for one of the largest NHS Foundation Trusts in the country, including preparation of agendas and meeting packs, taking minutes and managing responses to matters arising as well as monitoring the effectiveness of these meetings.

To be considered for this role you should have experience of working in afast-pacedoffice environment and have advanced administrative skills including minute taking. You will need to be confident in managing your own workload independently, have goodattention to detail, and proven ability to work to tight deadlines. Experience of dealing with very senior managers, clinicians and external stakeholders would be an advantage.

The role will be based at our Trust Headquarters at Worthing Hospital but will require regular but infrequent travel to Royal Sussex County Hospit…
