Job Responsibilities

Advise clients during opportunity development, including but not limited to scope, pricing model and Service Level Agreements;
Develop and maintain portfolio of agreements within MSP Category;
Manage hardware and software support renewals for clients;
Help identify new/innovative vendors that could add value to clients;
Supplier relationship management;
Works with Engineering team for scope approvals, and prepares quote presentation for Sales to deliver;
Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations;
Procure equipment needed for projects; negotiate pricing with suppliers;
Handle any deal registrations, RMAs, shipping and receiving of computer hardware or software;
Backup and overflow for Service Coordinator; triage incoming support tickets, and schedule engineers accordingly;

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required

Solid understanding of technology from vendors such as Dell, HPe, Lenovo, Sonicwall, and Fortinet;
Ability to configure high-end hardware solutions;
Proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Excel;
Working knowledge of Connectwise PSA & CPQ quoting tools a plus;
Well-developed presentation skills;
Excellent customer relations skills;
Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously;
Excellent listening and communications skills, both verbal and written;
Strong customer relationship skills;
Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated;
Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation on each job;
Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate through e-mail;
Problem-solving abilities and ability to meet reasonable deadlines;
Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships;
Willingness to develop professionally;
