Travel Booking Assistance:

Assist in the creation and organization of travel itineraries for clients, incorporating all relevant details such as flights, accommodations, and activities.

Client Communication:

Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, provide booking updates, and address any inquiries or concerns related to travel arrangements.

Supplier Coordination:

Liaise with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and transportation services, to confirm reservations, gather information, and resolve any issues.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management related to travel bookings.

Calendar Management:

Assist in managing calendars for travel-related activities, coordinating schedules and ensuring timely communication with clients and team members.

Expense Tracking:

Communication with Remote Teams:

Previous experience in administrative support, travel coordination, or a related field preferred but not required. We will train you with everything you need to be successful.
