Duties:

Travel Booking Assistance:

Client Communication:

Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, provide booking updates, and address any inquiries or concerns related to travel arrangements.

Supplier Coordination:

Liaise with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and transportation services, to confirm reservations, gather information, and resolve any issues.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management related to travel bookings.

Calendar Management:

Assist in managing calendars for travel-related activities, coordinating schedules and ensuring timely communication with clients and team members.

Expense Tracking:

Support in tracking travel-related expenses, ensuring accurate records and assisting with reimbursement processes.

Maintain organized records of travel bookings, client preferences, and communication history for reference and reporting.

Communication with Remote Teams:

Qualifications:
