Bookkeeper Position Overview
A growing organization is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations, payroll processing, financial reporting, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have Quick Books Desktop experience, as it is essential to the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll through Quick Books Desktop for approximately 15 employees
- Handle billing and invoicing
- Prepare and maintain P&L statements and balance sheets
- Manage employee timecards and related payroll documentation
- Complete unemployment reports and other required filings
- Prepare commission reports and support related calculations
- Assist with HR‑related administrative tasks
- Perform general bookkeeping functions, including reconciliations and reporting
- Utilize Excel, including heavy use of formulas such as VLOOKUPs for commission and reporting needs
Top Requirement
- Quick Books Desktop experience — non‑negotiable
Training Provided
- Company will provide dedicated training for the incoming Bookkeeper
- Training will take place over 1–2 days, scheduled either in the evening or on a Saturday
