Location: Coral Springs, FL
Schedule: On‑Site, Monday–Friday (with occasional WFH flexibility)
Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 base

  • Advanced Excel abilities, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping across multiple small entities
  • Handle AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and bill payments
  • Maintain organized, accurate financial records for a high‑net‑worth individual/family office
  • Prepare reports and Excel‑based summaries as needed
  • Support process improvements and software migrations
  • Ensure complete confidentiality, integrity, and precision in all financial matters
