About this position

We are looking to hire a Front Desk specialist to facilitate the needs of our clients, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, take payments, etc.

Primary Functions

Greet guests/clients promptly and with courtesy.
Answer phones promptly.
Excellent customer service.
Schedule appointments, confirm appointments.
Check guests/clients in and out and collect payments.
Make sure all consent forms are completed by guests/clients prior to check in.
Make sure front end is clean, sanitized, and welcoming.
Start/stop modality services.
Chart accurately and promptly in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) when appropriate.
Provide guest/client education on all Immunity Health services.
Help maintain efficient guest/client flow through communication with entire team.
Answer guest/client questions as needed and within scope of business standards.
Accurately complete daily open/close procedures.
Complete other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Customer service in medical setting preferred.
Scheduling experience preferred.
Knowledge and experience with energy medicine a plus but will train employee on all modalities.
