Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant Job in Airdrie, AB at Confidential – Information to be provided upon interview stage –
Our company requires a bookkeeper for 3 days a week at our fast-paced transportation company. Experience must excel in maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations as well as be familiar with Sage 50 Accounting.
The position will oversee financial data and compliance of our company. The daily accounting tasks will include the following: monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, record payments and adjustments along with payroll for our employees. Experience in the transportation industry will be an asset. Wage expectations will be discussed during the interview process. Office/shop located near Airdrie.
