Full Job Description

Job Profile/Description:

Bookkeeping

Accounts Payable using QuickBooks

Administration

Record keeping of subcontract required documents

Assist in document management, digitizing, filing, etc

Office Management

Maintain general cleanliness of office, showroom, cleaning schedule

Keep kitchen, bathroom, office stocked with office materials

Run misc errands including bank deposits

Assist in office filing, organization

Assist with general phone answering/routing, greeting clients, hosting

Technical Requirements

Great people skills and attention to detail. Professional and formal presentation when needed

Ability to maintain work flow, communicate with others via email, phone

Microsoft office software and ability to learn other software

QuickBooks knowledge is a must

Compensation

Wage: $22-26 DOE

Paid Time Off

Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
