Summary of the Role
Our client : a long:established SME business based near Loughborough : is seeking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper / Administrator on a full:time permanent basis.
Reporting to the Managing Director and working alongside another Accounts person, your key responsibilities would include:
A Accounts/Bookkeeping/some reporting
A Payroll, PAYE and CIS Sub:Contractors Scheme
A Purchase and Sales ledger
A General office admin duties
A Invoice checking posting,
A Subcontractor payments via the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS),
A Office based
A Flexible Full Time or Part:time by arrangement
The Right Person
A Part or fully:qualified AAT, or experienced
A Able to fit into a busy and successful owner managed SME business,
A Possess demonstrable experience in an accounting role,
A Knowledge of Payroll and CIS would be advantageous,
A Effective communication skills,
A Good administration skills.
A Numerate, analytical with a superb attention to detail,
A Excellent planning, organisation and deadline keeping skills,
A Proactive and able to work on own initiative,
A Computer literate.
Package
A Appointment Type: Permanent. Full or Part Time: Flexible
A Salary: A GBP 30,000 : A GBP 32,000 per annum (subject to experience) Pro:rata if part:time hours
A Hours: Full time 9.00a.m. to 4.00 p.m. or Part Time hours by negotiation. Possible part:hybrid.
