As a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant, you are integral to our daily functions, ensuring meticulous bookkeeping, accurate data entry, and welcoming office visitors. Your strong computer skills, coupled with a professional demeanor, will be key in handling front desk responsibilities, customer interactions, and managing correspondence effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping with Quick Books, including invoicing and financial reporting

• Perform high-accuracy data entry to maintain financial records

• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks

• Greet visitors and manage multi-line phone systems

• Assist with administrative filing and document management
Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Experienced in Quick Books for bookkeeping

• Previous administrative and front desk experience

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong attention to detail for data accuracy
