Job Description:

The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, financial management, and human resources. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in office management.

Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and payroll
Manage human resources, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Coordinate office events and meetings
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Manage office supplies and equipment
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
3+ years of experience in office management
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong financial management skills
Experience in human resources management
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
