This position involves managing daily accounting tasks, processing payments, updating records, and assisting with office administrative functions. This role also includes maintaining schedules, generating reports, and ensuring office supplies are stocked and organized.
Job
Functions
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership.
Send client invoices, process payables, process client payments, and update payment records.
Track payments for completed projects and update records accordingly.
Process payroll and sales commission for employees.
Prepares for internal and external audits as needed.
Make regular deposits throughout the week.
Provides administrative support to the office as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Good interpersonal skills in working with customers, employees, management, and vendors
Positive attitude with strong, dependable, and honest work ethic
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time to perform basic office functions
Ability to lift 25lbs
Sufficient vision for filing out legal documents and data entry
