Qualifications:
5+ year(s) of office and bookkeeping experience
2 plus years of Quick Books experience required
Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
Ability to handle Collections
Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
Demonstrated history of ability and growth in managing an office environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
Ability to meet people in new or difficult situations and build rapport
Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and Quick Books
Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software
