Handling folders physically (lifting and placing them in file cabinets)
Filing (both physical filing and electronic records filing)
Creating/Updating/managing spreadsheets (i.e., open authorization spreadsheets)
Emailing, scanning and faxing duties
Reception Desk Coverage
Processing mail
Position Requires Experience And Skill In The Following
Using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Managing multiple tasks
Ability to meet required timelines and prioritize duties to meet those timelines
Ability to monitor vendor accounts and process payments/cancellations of authorizations/payments in a timely fashion
Ability to learn computer programs specific to ACCES-VR
