Position Purpose
Transports patients inside and outside of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines and established facility policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
A current driver’s license
Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not
Able to pass a MVR
Current CPR
Certified Nursing Aide

8 hour shifts, dependant upon transport times and appointments
On time Bonus
Referral bonus up to $2,500
License/Certification: CNA Certification Required
