BPO（ビジネス・プロセス・アウトソーシングサービス）のプロジェクトデリバリーメンバーを募集します。
BPOとは、お客様の企業活動における業務プロセスの企画から実施までを一括して受託し、業務提供するものです。日本IBMおよびISOCでは、製造・メディア・化学をはじめとしたさまざまな業界のお客様企業から経理財務、人事、購買など多様な分野での業務委託を受け、お客様へサービス提供しています。
応募いただくBPOプロジェクトの業務領域は、リクルーターや面接員からご説明します。
BPOプロジェクト業務例：
・経理財務（債務管理、債権管理、固定資産管理、決算、財務など）
・人事（給与・賞与計算、勤怠管理、社会保険、通勤交通費計算、退職金計算、住民税、年末調整など）
・購買（見積依頼、発注、発注管理、検収管理、請求関連処理対応など）
各メンバーが担当する業務は、それぞれの経験・スキルに応じ決定します。業務ルールとプロセスに基づいて作成された手順書に沿って、各ステップを実行することが主な役割です。（PC入力、入力内容の確認、問い合わせ対応など）
※勤務日は決められた所属オフィスへの出社が必要です（リモートワークは原則不可）
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- マイクロソフトOfficeスキル（Excel入力・表計算、Word入力、Outlookメール作成など）
- タッチタイピングスキル
- The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing, JLPT N1 level)
- Japanese CV is required.
