Branch Admin Coordinator – Superstition Mountain Jobs in Apache Junction, AZ at Boys & Girls Clubs Of The Valley
Job Summary: The primary responsibility of this job is to ensure that deposit account documentation is complete, accurate, and imaged properly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Scan deposit account documentation into Synergy system.
Verify that all required documentation on new deposit accounts has been sent in for scanning and maintenance.
Verify that account documentation is signed, dated, completed, and accurate.
Perform File Maintenance on deposit accounts, primarily hold mail codes and address changes.
Perform reconciliation of voided checks, money orders, loan proceeds check, and official checks.
Perform weekly CD and Signature Card Exception reviews.
Mail change of address / returned mail notices as needed and maintain this data on Jack Henry.
Log CD check data into an Excel spreadsheet for record-keeping purposes.
Assist with sorting the courier mail and placing it into the correct outgoing bin.
Perform other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Good verbal and written communications skills
Good work ethic
Ability to work well with other team members
