We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
Update visitor logs and maintain visitor records.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Provide basic information about the company to visitors.
– Processing incoming and outgoing mails
– Sorting and distributing emails to the appropriate personnel
– Assisting in the preparation of office reports and documents
– Keeping and organizing records
– Performing other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
– Proficient in using computers and computer applications with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to multitask and work under pressure
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Must be a team player and possess good interpersonal skills

Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
