Midvaal Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client, for a detail-oriented and dependable Branch Administrator to support daily branch operations.

This role is suited to a structured, figure-oriented individual with strong cashier and administrative experience who can manage front-office responsibilities in a busy branch environment.

Role Overview

To manage reception and switchboard operations, handle customer liaison, control and reconcile payments, and ensure accurate administrative support to the branch.

Reporting to: Branch Manager

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong data capturing and computer literacy

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process cash and credit card payments from customers and drivers as per invoice
  • Verify that payments received are accurate and properly documented according to company procedures
  • Reconcile invoices and payments to ensure accuracy
  • Manage reception and switchboard, directing calls appropriately
  • Maintain filing systems and perform general administrative duties
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial and operational procedures
