POSITION INFO:

IZI South Africa (PTY) LTD, a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions, has a vacancy for a Branch Administrator based at our operations in Pinetown, reporting to the Branch and Financial Manager. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates About the Role: Branch Administration in line with company policies and procedures. Your Key Responsibilities will Include: Responsible for all admin functions within the branch Building / Office management Stationery / Equipment ordering Travel / Meeting arrangements Petty cash Management Follow up on order and delivery of stock,stationery,equipment, etc Monthly reports Revenue Checks Monthly reports Reconciliations of general ledger accounts Journal entries Control / Oversee all creditors,debtors,transport,stock,fixed assests,cash processing,incoming and outgoing mail/ courier services assist the branch manager in preparing the monthly management reports. General HR functions incuding maintaining branch leave planner and attendance registers Keep filling up to date Supervison of all administrative staff any other duties within reason, and in the interest of the company, required by Management. Participate in the design /development/review/implementaation and monitoring of the branch/region/nation safety plans for each year participate in safety forums created by company for example safety meetings and safety talks. Report all safety incidents to the relevant people. Discuss all safety incidents on all levels. Follow up on any activities assigned through safety meeting/commitee/representative/ management Attend safety education and referesher programmes. comply with safety policies and procedures at the workplace. Distribute safety information as and when required, waer protective clothing all the time. Qualification and Experience Requirements: We are looking for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who possesses a keen eye for accuracy and operational efficiency, combined with strong leadership skills that inspire and empower teams to achieve high performance and deliver impactful results. Grade 12 (mathematics / accouting subjects recommended) Previous working experience within an administrative capacity is essential Computer Literacy in MS office packages and SAP required Demonstrated experience in the compiling of reports Previous cash mangement centre experience would be highly beneficial
