The main purpose is to assist customers with requests for orders, quotations and follow up lead times. To assist with queries and assist managers.
Qualifications and Experience:
Tertiary Qualification in Office Administration.
4 years experience in a Manufacturing environment.
Experience in a customer service environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of clerical office duties such as maintaining files, keeping records, preparing schedules, drafting minutes.
Compiling data for reports, searching, and investigating information contained in files, processing departmental documents, posting records, and typing correspondence and reports from rough drafts.
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including using a scale to determine appropriate postage.
Provide follow up and feedback to the customer and Business Manager on performance of tasks.
Respond and take action to customer concerns speedily.
Branch reports, daily, weekly and monthly.
Field technicians call out and cost recovery.
All queries, Admin and Filing at Rustenburg Branch.
Lead time (ETA`s) update and expediting of outstanding orders daily.
Liaising with customers to keep good relations.
All admin related duties where assistance is required.
Site Stationery and grocery orders.
Accurate invoicing and time keeping schedule.
