*Overview*
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and punctual Administrative Support Associate to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage tasks efficiently. Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential for this role.
*Responsibilities*
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and handling phone calls.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance.
Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks, including data entry, generating invoices, and processing payments.
Prepare financial reports and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks.
Assist with preparing presentations and other documents.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Utilize computer skills for various tasks, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
*Experience*
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.
Must be highly punctual and reliable.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
