Overview
As the Branch Coordinator for Royal Truck Body (A Shyft brand) you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and delivery while providing exceptional customer support. You’ll be the main point of contact for our customers, coordinate with internal and external partners, and contribute to efficient sales operations.
Manage and process sales orders, including quotes, credit card payments, and order verification
Coordinate with the production team on product availability and communicate critical order details
Serve as the primary contact for transportation support, including domestic and international freight
Monitor shipments, track performance of 3PL providers, and proactively resolve freight issues
Cultivate strong client relationships, address inquiries, and escalate concerns to ensure excellent service

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Three or more (3+ years) of related coordination experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven understanding of third-party logistics (3PL) operations
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
