Job Summary:As a Budtender, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and are critical in delivering the best possible customer service experience. You will guide customers through our range of cannabis products, providing education and advice to ensure their needs are met with the right solutions.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide knowledgeable and up-to-date information about cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that best suit their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Comply with all state and local laws regarding cannabis sales and consumption.
Participate in ongoing education and training to remain current on industry trends and product knowledge.
Handle and resolve customer issues with professionalism and patience.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred.
Knowledge of cannabis strains and products is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
