Job Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls, assist clients with inquiries, and route calls to the correct department.
Schedule inspections and appointments to ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish.
Monitor client confirmations to ensure all appointments are confirmed and rescheduled as necessary.
Prepare daily itineraries and field sheets for our inspectors and project managers, ensuring everything is organized and on track.
Type and distribute termite inspection reports, Notice of Completion etc. to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and managing office documents.
Assist office staff and inspectors with clerical tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

At least 1 year of administrative experience or a similar background.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and basic database programs.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills – you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, so professionalism and a friendly demeanor are key.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
Interest in marketing and a desire to explore growth in that area is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
A self-starter with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
