As we continue to scale and launch a pickleball lifestyle community, we’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Administration & Operations Assistant to support sales, daily operations, and logistics.
Role Overview
This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage administrative tasks, assist with sales support, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support: Assist with outreach, follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
Operations & Logistics: Support order fulfillment, inventory coordination, and vendor communication.
Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, data entry, and process improvements.
Hybrid Work: Work remotely with occasional in-person meetings and operational tasks in Brooklyn.
Qualifications
Experience in business administration, operations, or sales support.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a fast-moving team.
Interest in sports, lifestyle brands, or startups is a plus.
