BASIC FUNCTION:
This position is the initial contact for seniors seeking services, vendors, service providers or other parties in the community.
SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY:
The Nutritionist will report to the Center Director on the routine activities at the Center and to the Program Director on accomplishing DACL-required goals.
NATURE AND SCOPE:
Internal contacts are the Center Director and Program Director/PI. External contacts include the Seniors at Hattie Home.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensures that seniors register their attendance and sign-in on the required activity logs daily.
Collects donations in accordance with established policy, provides written receipts if requested.
Assures that all lobby areas of the Center are clean and sanitary and promotes a safe environment for participants and visitors.
Performs clerical tasks assigned by the Project Director such as filing arranging storage space, etc.
Assist with data entry (CSTARS)
Other responsibilities as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a high school graduate, aware of services available to seniors in the community. Have ability to work in diverse populations. Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Must have excellent clerical skills and must be competent in Microsoft software.
