Overview :
As a Business Administrator intern, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of 3arabian’s daily activities.
You will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in management, Administration, and Coordination. You will work closely with the clients, team, and managers.
The ideal candidate will be joining the Administration team and have the chance to take a full time job offer after 3 months.
Responsibilities:
. Managing WhatsApp operation with clients, in addition of administrative support functions.
. Coordinating between the clients and the tutors.
. Handling Correspondence, incoming and outcoming and ensuring timely responses.
. Maintaining organized online filing system and document management.
. Liaising with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
. Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
, Providing support to the managers when needed.
. Troubleshooting and resolving administrative issues as they arise.
. Attend weekly meetings and hands on monthly reports
Requirements:
. Current enrollment or fresh graduate in Business Administration
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Attention to detail and accuracy.
. Ability to work independently and as a part of team
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
. Perfect coordination and collaboration skill
