We are in search of a proficient and drivenBusiness Administratorto become a valuable member of our dynamic operations team. The selected candidate will hold a pivotal position, actively contributing to the day-to-day functioning of our Risk Advisory Services (RAS) team, ensuring seamless and efficient business processes. This role involves close collaboration with the Operations Manager and Resourcing Manager.
We are looking for an individual who excels in proactive work and self-task management, while also possessing the confidence to collaborate with colleagues. Regular communication with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners is a key aspect of this role, aimed at enhancing business effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the operations team, partners, and other team members
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, directing inquiries to relevant members of the Ops team
Draft communications and respond to general inquiries
Serve as the primary point of contact for people and operations enquiries and communication
Schedule appointments and meetings, maintaining an organised calendar for the team
Coordinate internal events, meetings, and training seminars
Manage logistics, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation
Support the preparation of agendas and papers for all people-related meetings, including issuing documents
Enter and maintain client information accurately in the database
Perform core data entry tasks for the Resource Management System
Provide holiday and sickness cover for other Business Administrators
Prepare and distribute internal communications covering relevant announcements, policies, and HR-related updates
Provide support and administration for our Learning & Development (L&D) programme
